Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Pathways

These Pathways are designed to create a complete foundation and understanding of Culinary Arts and/or Baking & Pastry leading to postsecondary education or a food-service career involving in-depth knowledge and hands-on skill mastery.

Upon completion of either of these Pathway, students may be eligible for Work Based Learning or Apprenticeships in the local community.

These Pathways are “stackable” since the first semester in either pathway contains the same courses.  A student may complete both pathways in 3 semesters.
